Then, we pre-treat any stains or high-traffic areas with a solution specifically designed for the type of stain and carpet fibre. After that, we use a hot water extraction method also known as steam cleaning to deep clean the carpet. This involves injecting hot water and a cleaning solution into the carpet then extracting the water and dirt with a powerful vacuum. Finally, we groom the carpet to restore it's texture and appearance and provide instructions for drying and follow-up care.
